Water ElementalI think in this shot I have captured the element of water quite well. I am standing in the midst of water territory, where it looks serene as well as having the looming waves in the background giving it an unpredictable edge. I stand out from the water environment, wearing clothes that encompass who I am and yet I am still making that connection with the water environment.

Natalie: Eliza, I'm not too sure how I feel about this one. I like how you're interacting with your setting, but I don't really see the connection between your clothes and the water environment. Being set in water makes it good, but I don't see this photo as great. It's not a bad job, overall.

Adele: Beautiful photo but a long dress would help this photo a lot. I think your styling is a little bit contrast with the setting. I really love the styling so much but your styling not so much. Overall, this is still a nice photo for me

Hayley: At first glance, I thought you had submitted a photo of Danielle from Survivor. The water is definitely there in the photo, but you seem a bit disconnected from it. The background could have been many different things with this photo. I like your outfit, though. I think we can safely establish that I like the badass rocker chick look

Amanda: *snerk* I'm sure Natalie would love that comparison, Hayley. Just needs more Knocker and Melon Eliza, I like this, but don't love it. I like the contrast of your outfit and that it pushes the boundaries of cliche while still maintaining a blend of Water and Earth, with dominant Water, but I'm with Hayley - it almost looks green-screened. I like the innocence and it is calming, especially your expression, but the low quality and that green-screened look are what make it iffy. I do like it, so worry not!
