Natalie: I see the fire in the background, and you look like a schemer, but I don't know how I feel about it as a modelling shot. You're not really looking straight into the camera, and the picture is pretty low-res. Your outfit doesn't scream fire, either. Overall, this is just okay for me. I want more passion from you!

Adele: Fire is definitely the toughest one and I really appreciate the photo that you gave us this week. We can see the fire. I think you can work more on your facial expression. But I quite like the devil-ish look on your face.

Amanda: Screencap. I don't like screencaps. It's better than 77% of screencaps I have seen in my long time judging. But it's still a screencap. You have a great outfit, but the expression doesn't scream "model" - sure, you look devilish, and there is fire, but the low resolution and the fact that you're taking this too literally is enough to endanger you... unless your team can salvage your rating or someone posts something weaker than this. Which could very well be the case. Don't get me wrong. This isn't bad, it just isn't good. Which in week one could be enough.

Hayley: Screenshots generally don't bother me as much as they do other judges. My rule of thumb "as long as it looks like it could still be a modeling shot." This doesn't completely look like a modeling shot, but it's about halfway there. The fire in the background works to fulfill the theme in an obvious way. I do like the expression on your face. It works well with the theme you've chosen and the styling of the photo is fine and meshes well with the theme, too. The theme is probably stronger than the modeling in this picture. Not the best photo we've seen submitted this round, but fire is probably the hardest element to get.
